They had a big sign in the truck front windshield. We had to remove this to drive the truck. I think that should of been removed for us. We made a reservation and they knew we were renting the truckandrea P.

Renting the truck was a success. However, I booked movers through Uhaul. I used Mike's moving company. It was a horrible experience. They send two very young inexperienced guys. They were suppose to move my mom from a 1 bedroom senior complex to another apt in 2 hours. They moved extremely slow and was very unsure if what they were doing. In 2 hours all they got on the truck was 3 mattress, few boxes and one couch. I have a fractured foot and my mom is elderly we ended up moving things ourselves because they were nowhere done Their services were horrible.Antoinett T.

Charged $7.50 for fuel after filling the truck back to the proper level it was received. This was after having to travel to this location since 1201 Hurffville Rd, Deptford NJ 08096 overbooked trucks and did not have a truck for me at my scheduled time slot.James C.
Improve your website's info on available truck inventory at your locations. This is second time I have moved with U-haul and picked a truck at the location closest to me only to then be told the following day that I had to go 3 towns over to a different location and double my total trip. At this point it seems like it is done on purpose to force customers to drive longer distances and pay for that extra mileage. Also, it took me 20 minutes the morning of to be â€œapprovedâ€ while I was waiting for the code to access the lock box for the keys to the truck. When I called customer service they said that was normal. When I asked why they do not notify customers about that wait time I was told it would not make sense for U-haul to tell customers they are going to have to wait. I would have appreciated the notice so I could have planned to be waiting into my morning instead of then having to rush around before the help arrived for my move. Or better yet, allow the steps for the approval to be done ahead of time so it is a much shorter process to access the keys.Zachary H.
