Rented the 6 by 12 enclosed trailer and returned it the same day and was charged for 2 days? Can't get anyone's help to fix it.
Cindy M.My original drop off location was supposed to be in Calcutta Ohio at the Ace Hardware. Those people were so mean ignorant and nasty. Not helpful at all to the point where I took the key and truck and left. They really need to work on their customer service. they didn't even want to help me figure out where to take the truck or the cost to leave it there worst experience I ever had
Abi C.Better service. Took forever to get the rental. Then none of the lights worked on the trailer. He did not have a hitch like the website said. He did not have any adapters. Nor did he hook up the trailer like he was supposed too.
ALBERTO O.We were not given a cintract until after we returned the truck. We were given no instructions about returning the truck. We were over charged by approximately 600 miles and I have yet to be reimbursed for the charges. I will not get a uhaul ever again. Also, when trying to contact the 800 number for assistance the wait was over an hour - unacceptable!
