We dropped off the truck off at the designated depot on the designated day but they were closed. The truck sat on the lot for a few days and then we received a call from Uhaul asking if we returned the truck. it looks like i have been charged for extra days on my final bill and should not have been. sent in a request for an explanation and have heard nothing back.

Make sure the trucks are in working condition, both vehicles I rented were not in drivable condition

Leo P.The trailer we rented was a 9x16 , this trailer is not equipped with a tongue jack. So unless you want people breaking their backs unhooking these trailers I would recommend you instal some sort of tongue jack to assist with getting the trailer on and off.
