Customer service was terrible in the beginning to end also very Ghetto and unprofessional, the guy was very sarcastic, the truck was dirty and low on gas!!! I was over charged for the truck and will be contacting corporate office because, I rented from u haul and never been treated this way from any business and I am a business owner!!!REGINALD W.

Actually have better customer service. The guy at the location was nice, but everything was done through text and email. When I received the final bill, I was overcharged on the rental rates (2 instead of 1) and for the insurance (I was told that it was $25, but was charged $50)RICHARD B.

The truck wasn't at the location upon arrival. When it did arrive, I learned I had to drive an additional 3 miles to another location to pick up the appliance dolly I had reserved. When I pulled away from the location, the Empty Fuel light when on and alerted me I only had 50 miles left. Fine. I was only going a few miles round trip. But then I got charged $99.42 for ADDITIONAL CHARGES with no explanation of what or a break down of what this included. I was fine with the gas light coming on and having to go pick up the dolly at a different location, but the additional charges without explanation is unacceptable. And yes I even put fuel in the tank before I returned it.Marjorie G.
The location was fine. However I was overcharged, I had to keep calling to Uhaul to get the situation resolved. I still feel as though I was over charged. I will not recommend Uhaul to anyone. I will tell them, that you like to overcharge your customers. I will advise them to go anywhere else.. AWFUL SERVICETONIKA C.

The van I rented was clean on the inside butt had cigarette butts on dashboard. Outside was dirty, but okay. Very slow to pick up the van. It took over 25 minutes from walking in to driving out and I was the only customer. With me using the app, I would have thought it would be quicker.Dennis B.
Where to begin ? First I received a call around 5 o'clock of the afternoon before I picked up my truck saying that I had to go to a different location , on the other side Los Angeles to pick up the truck. The location I had initially scheduled was less than two miles from my storage unit. I made the reservation almost 2 weeks in advance. Whilst on the call, I asked if the extra mileage would be accounted for in the rental and was told that I would not be charged for extra mileage. Which ultimately I was charged !!! Next, after I paid in advance, I signed up for no contact pickup. That didn't happen. Not only was I not able to do a no contact pickup. There was no Uhaul service rep at the pickup location. Thankfully there was a gentleman who ran a different business at the location who assisted me in picking up the truck. I received no paperwork, no email, no text of the rental contact with mileage, gas level, etc. Picking up the truck only took about an hour more than necessary. When I got into the truck, there was only 1/4 of gas. My trip was scheduled to start in Los Angeles and end in San Diego. Not only did I have to take extra time to pick up the truck, and extra time to drive it back to my storage area. I had to make an extra stop for gas. I had to spend more money for the help I had with moving. I barely made it to my appointment appointment in San Diego. This is the worst experience I've ever had with Uhaul !!! IAsad L.

Not sure but I had a difficult time getting a copy of my receipt for the return also the internet or Internet service nearby would not allow for my location so I couldn't properly check the truck in because the U-Haul computer systems really needs some work on ittarqueenia E.
We were sent to pick up the truck at a location other than the one we requested in an unfamiliar and unrepresented uhaul location 8 miles away. We were advised that it was our fault the reservation couldn't be honored because we made it more then 30 days ahead yet that location texted us 4 days prior to the pickup date to request that we tow someone else's trailer. So our reservation was not unknown to them. Moving is a very stressful time and in this situation Uhaul didn't make it any easier for us. We paid Uhaul $1,633 to rent your truck. This experience makes us wonder if we will use your company again.Anne K.
I was over charged, drop off site was closed early, when I called to get instructions on what to do with truck, I was unable to reach anyone. I in return kept the truck over night so that items in the truck would not be stolen and in return I was over charged, and still waiting on a return call from someone, anyone that can give me answerToi H.
this was a horrible experience from the beginning of using the app. when I was placing my request I had designated a different location to pick up and return; this location was closer to my destination and had a lot to put the van back without leaving it on the street. After I had driven to my requested location, I realized the app sent me to a different location. This location had no place to legally leave the truck after hours. I had to park the truck across the street, on a side street. Thankfully there was a parking space close to the corner. My real dissatisfaction is with the app that started with sending me to a location I did not want and ended up costing more because of the increased mileage. second, when returning the van the app could not locate my vehicle to close out the contract. I had to call in and wait more than 20 min on hold for a representative. I will not be using the app again.Loretta A.
