Called up to the location 3 hours a head of time stating I was Having trouble lifting heavy things off of the trailer by myself and instead of trying to offer services that I no Uhaul has such as movers help she tried to charge me for extra time which wasn't needed. I managed To get there in time and the people who had order my trailer next wasn't even there on time so they also didn't clean the trailers after use...COBY D.

The truck was filthy, it smelled like smoke, and the location I wanted had trucks available. Uhaul forced me to drive more than 30 miles extra and clean up a filthy truck. When I let them know, they offered me a free soda to make up for nearly 30.00 more in gas and milage as well as my precious time driving and cleaning the unit.JOSHUA F.

Not make me pay 400 dollars for a 3 day rental when I took my time and got it done in less than 36 hours. Unreal that it cost me 500 dollars to move in your smallest truck in 'one day'. The flat rate for 3 days is asinine. A one day rental and a late fee would be less expensive for me and still would have made money for your company. Just saying.Kiel T.

My issues were mainly with the app for remote check in and return, which did not work on my android phone. The truck had an issues with either the linkage or the transmission itself- it would only shift into a particular gear if put into park firstJerry G.

From the web site, I understood that I had purchased the proper amount of insurance to guarantee a safe hauling experience. $18ish for the trailer and $16ish for a $5k coverage on the trailer for a total price of $56. When renting at the pick up location was encouraged to purchase additional insurance on top of the $16 dollars to....cover....the trailer? hey wasn't that the $16 dollars yall already charged me for? Now I know the system...don't purchase insurance on the website...wait until you get to the pick up location so they can shaft you for the coverage there. Will I rent from uhaul again? maybe....The only saving grace was the excellent customer service from the person at the pickup/drop off location.Brandon H.

The computer was down at this facility. We had to go to 6 different U-Hauls and two 20 minutes calls just on hold to have the equipment rented at a location that was 3 hours out of our way round trip. Ridiculous we were in milled of New Mexico they wanted us to drive to Colorado to rent a piece of equipmentDAVID L.
