The truck was new and in good condition. It had not been cleaned from last user. Inside wasn't terribly bad but there was remains of chips and dirty floor. But it ran great. The worst was the bed of the truck. It had old dirty rags, old bungie cord, tree limbs, juice bottles, general trash. I was surprised to see it like that but didn't say anything as I needed to run my errand

, today early in the morning I rented a 20' truck with 2 dollies and a furniture dolly. I paid 233 dollars upfront on line and I was confirmed that my order would be ready at 9:30 am. Details below. However arriving on time at the location the person told me they don't have what I requested but only a 26' truck. I saw myself obligated to take that huge truck I did not signed. The truck had less than a tank of gas. None of the dollies I requested and that I paid in full in advance were not ready either. After the hard work of moving my stuff with no dollies, I had a 25 miles drive from Louisburg to Raleigh. I did not adventure myself getting into gas station with such huge truck. I was afraid of denting it. I have no idea how much money it's 25 miles of gas for such big truck. I dropped it off at the location and then I was charged with 72 dollars for gas. Not fair. I hope I get a satisfactory feedback from you as the respectable and trustworthy company you have always been. Thanks for your help.
