I was very displeased with the check in process. There was no human who could help at the store and it took 45 minutes and multiple id verification attempts to actually get the keys.
Shawn M.When I received the uhaul there was no gas in it. also engine light was on clearly stating maintenance is needed..
nigel S.When I went to pick up the truck, the key was placed in the wrong box. This delayed my move by 1 hour until the furniture store reopened at 10am. Also, the fuel was nearly on E and the check engine light was on the whole time I drove it. I would not recommend. I was told that I would get a discount for everything that happened. A manager was supposed to call me about it but never did.
