When I went into the uhaul in Hobbs I specifically told them I would be moving our the storage in Hobbs NM and I had to go to Lovington to pick up truck when there were 3 or 4 in Hobbs. THANKFULLY it isn't that far but yes it was a bit of a hassle especially that no one there really knew how to get me the key

I appreciate this staff and the experience of returning the equipment. The staff was deeply apologetic for my experience and contacted their district management to assist with my complaint. The staff was so polite and professional. The receptionist even drive me home since I had a four mile walk home. Very much appreciate this tire store and the customer service they provided. They went above and beyond to support me and welcomes me to the area.
