ROBERT M.The truck I rented had (3) plugs for use to charge cell phones. None of the plugs worked. I had a 6,5 hour trip and my phoned charge was depleted during my drive and I had to stop to find a place recharge my phone. This was a waste of time. When I spoke to the attendant where I turned in the truck and complained, she stated “Oh, we don't check those to make sure they work.†I asked for some credit because of the faulty equipment. She said she would need to talk with her supervisor and said d that her supervisor said that was just too bad because phone chargers on vehicles are not considered equipment. I should have received some consideration for time wasted and for the inconvenience of not being able to use my cell phone. I consider this BAD custom service and consideration. Robert R.I needed to haul a car and this location had a car trailer available. I was happy I got the rental on short notice and the staff was very helpful and friendly. I would definitely get a rental again from here and also recommend my family and friends to rent if the need arises. Very happy with my experience
