Not so much the Madison location but the whole pick up process was terrible. We booked the pick up location in Emporia where we live. But were forced to drive 40 minutes out of the way one way! Not to mention we arranged someone to take me to Madison but we get there and the truck isn't there when we were told by corporate it would be. But the owner of this location was never informed we were picking it up. So we had to make our ride drive all the way back to Emporia and then we had to do drive all the way back again the next morning! So the pick up process was a 2 hour ordeal.

Check up in the box of the truck and sweep/clean if needed ( dirty,wet, oil, etc.) the folks at this location really took good care of me 😁👍👍
