The guy working offered no greeting, I wasn't sure if I was even in the right door because it's a multi unit facility. He mumbled and have huffs of attitude, like I was not only inconveniencing him, I should know the process of pickup, without him telling me or guilding me. If he is an employee, he should be fired. If he's the owner of the facility, holding a Uhaul dealer's franchise, it should be revoked. A Corporate uhaul store would never operate this way.

Ann SI made a reservation for 8:30 am at other location but was told they didn't have the size truck we wanted. So, I was transferred to Park Street. Unfortunately, that location doesn't open until 9 am. No one informed me of this.
