The only reason I would rate this uhaul location highly id because they had a uhaul available after uhaul unexpectedly changed my pickup times from 8am to 8pm. Luckily this location had something available otherwise I would never use uhaul again.ALLEN P.

Have keys in lock box , I canceled my reservation all together because there we not keys in the lock box, the location was closed therefore I should not have been prompted to pick up at this location. Not impressedEricka R.

Had no idea where to park truck, I pulled into what looked like an auto dealer the guy opened the front door of building and yelled from his chair to just go ahead and leave the keys in truck. The facility looked more like a junk yard than a uhaul rental/auto dealer.Mary M.

You need to Disclose the $20 "sanitation charge" to your customers beforehand. I'm rating this "location" as 5 stars as the staff was friendly and the truck well maintained, but I believe it's U-Haul corporate pushing this "sanitation charge" onto consumers during this already tough time. The fact that this "suprise" charge was added to my bill when I returned the truck has left a horrible impression on me. If it had been openly discussed and disclosed ahead of time, I would have had no problem with it. It was the fact that you though it was O.K to just slip that in there when I was already exhausted after moving, and returning a truck late a mt night. Will not be using U-Haul again after these shenanigans.TYLER D.
Inform customers at the time of picking up a truck the procedure for returning it after hours, rather than just sending the customer a text about the after hours return procedure. Or, at least inform the customer he/she will be sent a text about the after hours return procedure.BRIAN C.
I had reserved the trailer at a different location but when I went to pick it up they told me I had to go to this place to get my trailer. Which I thought was bs . The people at Madison Auto Trim were very accommodating.John K.

I had to wait about 20 minutes for them to clear the snow off the van after I showed up. I would have thought they'd have it ready to go by the time of the appointment.Roland R.
Make sure the tires are inflated properly. We were driving in 0 degree weather and needed to keep a constant watch on the tire pressure on one of the tires. Moving is stressful enough without fearing a tire failure out in the middle of nowhere in sub-freezing temperatures. I had to air up the tire within several miles after picking up the trailer.Eddie A.
Trailer hitch has been gimmy rigged and 15 minutes into tow, trailer broke away and went rolling down the three lane highway. Sat on the highway for four hours waiting for the trailer to be towed and then went to pick up another trailer. Pictures were shown to the U-Haul contact person with emergency services with U-Haul. It was very obvious that the trailer hitch was dysfunctional. Very fortunate that no one was injured on the highway, or that my son wasn't injured either. His vehicle was damaged though. We were told that there would be a significant discount and U-Haul has not contacted me to discuss what that amount would be.Diane V.
