The gentleman that first greeted us and briefly assisted us was very friendly and patient. After having issues with trying to log in to complete my online check in Aus came in to assist. Aus was AWESOME! He was as friendly and as patient as the first gentleman. He delivered 5 star customer service. He treated us as if we were family.

The personal service provided at pick up location by "Aus" (ASM Auto) was "second to none!" Not only did I get the guidance and assurance that all would be OK with my first phone app. rental when I called to confirm my reservation, I received a timely follow up call upon my off hours vehicle return, just to make sure I was OK and satisfied.
