Rental was not at the 7661 Rendon Bloodworth Rd ste 904. It was finally located 2 blocks from this address when we asked local people if there was another U haul place around. Most frustrating! Also who is your logistic person who arranged for a pick up 20 miles away when oother U haul centers with Sunday personnel were closer. Disappointing and frustrating experience.
alma H.I rented a truck and vehicle transport. When I spoke to the UHaul customer service rep on the phone, they let me know I could drop off the transport earlier than the truck. However, at the drop-off location, the gentleman was not able to return the transport. The system would not allow it. Please look at the system and update if possible for partial returns on transports going forward.

Phillip H.Was charged for an extra day even though I dropped off truck 7 minutes after 1. Uhaul doesn't account for the time the attendant is available to check in vehicle if they are busy. This is disappointing considering the extra work I had to do to clean roaches is this vehicle. Highly disappointed.
