Staff were great and helpful let me change my pick up time when the equipment was back earlier than 5pm, truck had dog hair around the cab and spilt coffee in the cup holders and an odd tar like substance in the box of the truck was able to get it cleaned up before the move, staff offered me another vehicle at time of pickup but needed the 15 foot truck the available 20 and 10 foot trucks would not work for my move

Trailer had nails and screws left in it. After renting on line went to pick up trailer, person did not know what to do. Said take the trailer. Had to hook up myself. Second time from this location that has been less than satisfactory. Would not deal here, but only outlet that had the trailer.
Ron KGive out clean equipment. Trailer was very dirty inside and out. Maybe some assistance putting the trailer on the vehicle. Not a light trailer to move around by oneself in a grassy field.
Kevin CTrailer was never looked at so when I got it home there was someone else’s garbage in there. I got a measley $25 for the inconvenience that cost me more than that.
