Found it cumbersome to go through all the step for self-pickup an self-return, especially taking photos in extremely hard rain storm.

WILLIS BThis is just drop-off location if you are dropping off after hours there is no one to guide you for what needs to be done. By mistake I have put in extra GAS but did not received any refund on that. GAS was almost Full when I returned.
Atul AThere is no sign or building stating "Salvaged PGH," only a U-Haul return sign. There is a sign in the window at this address stating they're closed for renovations and to call the number on the sign. Calling the number on the sign resulted in a message stating the number was not for phone calls. Yelling through an open garage door nearby, I located a kind woodworker who explained that his neighbor, Salvaged PGH , is closed and the guy isn't around, but that the woodworker would be happy to try to call him for me, which he did and was able to get the key out of the lockbox for me. Without the kind woodworker, I would have been stuck and irate.
