Counter pick up is an option for this location. But there is not counter pick up it's all mobile lockboxes. The guys working where extremely helpful and got me through the process. Big ups to them. Besides that it was a smooth experience
Michael BReally bad place to honor your reservation and your schedule. I reserved truck and trailer months in advance, to find out that the equipment was either late or not available for the time needed. This put a lot of strain on me and other people schedule. They are really bad on letting you know what your equipment status is for your reservation. Also, uhaul changed the delivery time suddenly and without aby warning whatsoever.
