I was not told that place was closed on Friday. I called the number and left a message but no return call to tell me what to do. I ended up talking to two different corporate U-Haul people before I found someone who could tell me what to do with this rental return. Very poor service.

I reserved my truck online. Pickup went smooth. Lady there was polite and helpful. No complaints.
STEPHEN CThe U-Haul app told me no equipment was available in my town, so I had to pickup the truck 30 minutes away. Upon arrival, the truck was available with none of the requested equipment, meaning I had to go find Dollies, etc. I called our local U-Haul to learn they had a truck and equipment. The truck was filled with small rocks and the top self was wet, meaning we had to buy new boxes at our destination and repack.
