Eric D.The lady i rented from never even told me how much it would be. I wanted a car dolly and said car dolly very clearly just to be forced to take a trailer that the computer said my truck wouldn't even be able to pull. That is until she changed the type of truck i had to push it thru when all along i wanted the dolly. I wasnt even aware i had gotten the trailer till her peon said she has you down for the trailer. I said is there a price difference. He said the difference was 45 for the dolly vs 55 for the trailer. I said that 10 dollars was no big deal and took the unsafe trailer that the computer i remind you would let me rent at first. Never even got an email receipt or a itemized bill untill two days after i rented for all of 4hrs at $75 and some change. I would never recommend uhaul to anyone again. I personally will use any company other than Uhaul for the rest of my life!!!
