There were cockroaches in the truck that I rented. I asked if i could get a discount since there were roaches in the car and got no discount. I dont expect a uhaul to be the cleanest and luxurious vehicle as i am only using it to haul bricks and materials, but cockroaches are totally disgusting. The owner said he hosed it down before, and he probably did, but the roaches were hiding under the seat. I am not going to that location again.

The problem with the rental started by telling me that I could get the truck and trailer from your Rancho Cordova office, but calling back to say that nothing was available and I would have to go approximately 45 miles to the Marysville location. And the trailer wasn't there. Then was told that the trailer wouldn't be available until 4:30 pm guaranteed but would have to pick up in Yuba City. This caused delays in my moving process, because I then had to go back to Rancho Cordova to get the car before we could go to my home. It was very frustrating because I had to empty my deceased son's apartment and take all his belongings to my house which is approximately 3 to 4 hours away.
