The trailer reserved was not at the location requested. A customer service representative called with pickup info as a statement.. No accommodations were offered. This was an unsatisfactory experience.

When I arrived to pick up the trailer, I was told I had to do a 2-day rental because it was before 12:45. This was not told to me over the phone, and I was told it was $18.95 and to bring it back within 24 hours. My invoice had an $8.00 Insurance charge that I also was not told about. I feel that I was being scammed, since not told any of these things.

Worst experience the person has both service station and uhaul booking he spends most of his time doing service station and I book 10feet but he said it was booked 20 feet truck and asked to contact uhaul so don't book uhaul here I strongly recommend

It took me almost an hour and a half to get my trailer I rented. I was there at least 20 mins before anyone even came up to see what I needed. Then he added the insurance and I sold him I did not want it said he would take it off when I returned the trailer but never did. I will NEVER go back to this place to rent anything uhaul ever again and will tell everyone that I know not to go there. The customer service there sucks....

I arrived to pick up the trailer and when I double checked the return time the owner, Rich told me it was due back on Sunday at 12:30. When I reserved the trailer and I questioned him about a Sunday return time, he quoted that since the 24 hours would end on a Sunday as long as I had the trailer back by 8 am Monday morning it would be fine. Because of his switch in stories, I had to pay an extra day's rental. I was not happy. Rich handed me my paperwork and said ,See ya." I hooked onto the trailer myself and there was no adapter for the lights. When questioned about this, Rich said I would have to go to Rural King and buy one because the person who rented the trailer last didn't return the adapter. Had I known, I would have brought one from home. So I was out an extra rental charge PLUS another 19.99 for an adapter at Auto Zone. As far as I am concerned, I will never rent from this place again. Very disappointed and frustrated. This man made me feel like I was a huge imposition.

The whole experience did not go well. Was scheduled through the uhaul.com to pick up at a different location. Was sent to this location and they did not have our reservation. Then the cost quoted on uhaul.com was $70 but had to pay $95 plus tax. Will not rent through haul again.

Originally suppose to pick up in Plain City, but we were rerouted to Marysville. Had to wait over an hour for the only guy working there to change everyone's oil before he would come help us. Didn't matter that we were there first.

told us to come and pickup truck at 8:00 Sunday...we went there and sign on door says do not open until 10:00, screwed up our plans!!! overcharged us on the insurance we told them we do NOT want, they charged us anyway charge on card is different than receipt, I have to spend my time and call and be on hold for 20 minutes!!

I had a huge issue not with either the pick up or drop off. They were great. i was quoted $1200 for my truck by uhaul corporate customer care and when I arrived it was almost $1600 and the pick up location was not authorized to change the price. I had to call in 4 times . I was disconnected twice, transfered etc...Everytime I called in my hold time was almost 30 min. Uhaul customer care call center is vastly understaffed I guess. This resulted in taking me up to the time when pick up location was closing and I had to pay the extra $380 just so I could leave with the truck. I called into uhaul and nice rep saw in my file the correct quoted price and filed a claim ticket to refund my card in 3 to 5 business days which takes me past my credit card cycle and now I'm paying intest on $380 which I'm upset about for an error on uhauls part that caused me over 2.5 hours of my time to fix and now an extra interest charge. Can somebody do something to compensate for this? Any type of refund would make me feel better about my experience and future consideration in using uhaul. Overall the pick up and drop off were great. The vehicle was awesome and it did the job needed. I just can't get the bad customer experience out of my mind and thats what is keeping me from rating uhaul higher. Issues happen it's a how a company responds that makes them a special provider to do business with.

Poor customer service. It was obvious the person behind the counter was annoyed we were there. We have to begged for help with instructions to installed the trailer to car. I have rented many times from Uhaul (please check my name and you see how many times I rented in the past) this is by far the worst location.

Confirmed order online without safe move coverage ($28) and then Minit Lube added without our consent. Called to have them remove charge and was placed on hold, transferred, and hung up on without resolution (3 separate calls). Telling us we consented which we did not. Added to order without asking if we wanted since we denied coverage at the time the order was placed. Trying to speak with anyone at UHaul has been a time consuming, painful experience of eternal hold. Emailed, live chats, and calls and still no one has responded and can't get anyone at customer service to answer the phone.
