I don't know if its the engine or transmission but it was not smooth for only 12k miles on it.

Better maintain your trucks. It was caked with dirt inside, full of stains, had overdue maintenance which could pose safety risks for customers and other drivers
Sean K.The office person was not there when we arrived. There were two phone numbers taped on the building to call. We called them multiple times with no answer or call back. There was also a sign that said that they would return an hour from when we had arrived. We did arrive a day early to drop the trailer off thinking they would give us a discount because we dropped it off early. They said no discount which is fine. It would be good if the phone numbers the office staff provide could be answered or the calls returned. We left and came back in an hour and were able to return the trailer.
ANDREW L.Inspect the truck before giving it to a customer. We ran into transmission issues and the truck had a leak which caused for some items to get wet

It's so sad to say I have live in Chicago my whole life and been in Texas for a short time and I can't believe how the people are here so kind, friendly, don't think of themselves, and care for people. Thank You U-Haul inTexas, Hoffman Estates go back and relearn your job code on how to treat your customers. Remember customers come first.
