Made the reservation over the phone. I was given a location out of my city to pick up the truck. When arriving to the 1st reservation location and waiting in the lobby for 15-20 minutes without any assistance, I was finally informed by one of the employees that the person in charge of doing paperwork and releasing truck was out of town on vacation. Find a way for the third party to always stay in constant communicate with you all. It was an inconvenience and at the end I had to drive even further to pick up a truck.

Everything was ok for a first time renter the truck had warning lights for the tires and there was some crumbs on the floor that I cleaned out so they wouldn't charge me
