The truck was full of ants. We had a 10' booked and the uhaul on dogwood drive in conyers gave it away and sent us to lithonia to pick up a 15' which we didn't want and they told us they would have a 10' if we waited another day which we did and we were sent to mcdonagh to get a 15' truck which was even further away again. We delayed our trip for nothing really and still drove back in the bigger truck.

BILL P.I dropped off the equipment on Sunday, 20 Feb 2022, during the non-operating hours. I called the store twice and left a message each time for a call back. I never received a call. They didn't send a text or email letting me know that my transaction had been closed out. This is substandard operations.
