Tim was not a pleasure to deal with. I appreciate that he called to inquire about the trailer when I missed the first return date, but then he spoke over me and was difficult when I was trying to get the return address from him. He was rude and inconsiderate when problems getting keys to our new home prevented us from dropping off the trailer on time. He chastised me for not calling him, with little consideration for the other things happening in my life. He is not a good representative of Uhaul values and I would have chosen to return this trailer to another location if I could have.
