I specifically reserved an appliance Dolly. When I got there, the dolly was NOT there and none were available. I would have rented a truck with a loading ramp if I knew a dolly would not be available and the woman I dealt with did not offer any solution at all when I asked. Plus she did not tell me there was "a mileage limit" when I rented to move from Memphis to Little Rock. I was charged for being 13 miles over the limit I knew nothing about. I will never use Uhaul again!!

I appreciate 4175 Winchester Dr location but the guy who’s working in citizen storage Hacks cross 7911 Hacks Cross Rd olive branch Ms 38654 he is white old man he disrespect me by skin color I was waiting for 20mi when he serve one of his color man after waiting 20min other white couple walking instead of me getting serves he asked the white couple what kind of help they need and the couple was telling him there before us (there first) still he don’t want us to help that’s how we end up taking our truck piked up from 4175 winchester Rd
