I had the worse experience at this location. I was charged a late fee drop off when I clearly returned the truck on time. And when they realized that they've made a mistake they reluctant to give my money back. DON'T EVER RENT A TRUCK AT THAT LOCATION!!!!

James H.The original location was scheduled to be in New Windsor NY. My appointment was at 1:00PM and when I showed up not only did they not have the vehicle but the guy at the desk was extraordinarily unhelpful. I don't know if he was new or what. All he could tell me if that they didn't have a vehicle for me regardless of my reservation. He then told me to call the main dispatch to see if they can find me a truck. Why in the world is that my responsibility? What is UHauls responsibility? So I did end up calling and the people found me a truck in Middletown 30 minutes away. So I ended up picking up the truck at 2:40ish instead of 1:00PM. Way too much added stress to an already stressful long distance move.
stephen D.Very rude service. Not helpful. They smoke in the building and put cigarettes in a bucket of water. Dirty blades in counter and they use a cracked laptop computer. I would rather walk 300 miles before ever going there. Warning these guys are not business men. I don't want this to be a reflection of uhual . Uhual is a great company. These guys should be ashamed of themselves. I hope uhual company never deals with them again. The lies and crookedness of these guys are shameful.
