Up to now I have always been very happy renting from U-Haul. But the truck I got this time was overall not very clean and the glass both front and back was filthy. I understood why when I saw that there was no washer fluid. Also I came early in the morning before the store was open and the person that was there was Brusque with me and just said my truck was somewhere inside. Since the store was closed I really didn't know what that mean and eventually of course I found the truck on my own. Every other location I have used in the past has been friendly and helpful with clean equipment. I would suggest checking into the quality control at this location. I will still use U-Haul because all my other experiences have been great but this one was disappointing
