The u-haul rep was late, delayed our plans a little bit. We checked the back of the truck when we picked up the equipment. We did not think to check the ramp. After driving 30 miles to our storage building, we rolled out the ramp and it was caked with mud!!! It was unusable for our belongings. We drove back to the u-haul pick-up, the gate was opened, but the office was locked. We could not find the rep. So we had to wash and scrub the ramp before we could use it. This it is the first time I have had this happen with using u-haul.

I WAS UNAWARE OF THE ADDITIONAL CHARGES. I WOULD HAVE APPRECIATED A HEADS UP. I WOULD HAVE FOUND A CHEAPER WAY.
