You have to leave the pavement and drive the truck on a dirt road. Wasn't easy for our Uber driver to find after dropping off the truck. This was not the location I requested when I rented the truck. Larry was great to work with when we dropped off the truck.

Jessica SWas called about having to pick up UHaul trailer at a location by 5pm. Was wrong location and the other location closed at 4pm. Luckily I was able to get keys. However the rest of my order was not there so I had to go to a different U-Haul site to get that and then they forgot a few things with it. Very frustrating.
Tim CAlthough, no one was there to check me in, it was easy. They do have a drop off key box. The grounds were clean. Location was easy to get to.
BARBARA VDrop off location was on opposite side of building from where the QR code was. I still have not gotten confirmation of drop off or anything else showing finalization of the rental.
