Drop off box has no lock. No one to answer when called to ask where to drop off key. Have to go again and drop key in person.

Hot mess is the best explanation. The place was a pain, little direction. The guy “helping†was not super helpful. I contacted him cause the check engine light was on and he said he'd refund but basically, “good luck finding another one on the weekend†just poor customer service and mentioning road side assistance when I bring up the light was not good vibes.

According to the rental place, it is because the catalytic converter was stolen and replaced with a generic one. We made it to our destination without incident, but the truck struggled up the grape vine. Also, the truck was not clean when we got it.
