Triston HThe location was great. However the app had me using a key drop off. There was not one. I had to call and wait 45 minutes. The lady on the phone was great. I was told to the leave the keys under the passenger seat and keep the door unlocked. I guess all turned out good because I havent heard anything. I just think when you choose to spend money on a uhaul and not use the cattle trailer that was planned. Some of these issues should not be happening. I wonder if everyone has to worry about the after hours key drop off?
