BARBARA A.My return was NOT logged at the time I returned it. I received a voice mail 2 days after returning it asking for an update. It got on your stolen asset list (NCIS). My companion returned to the drop off location and verified the vehicle was indeed where I left it. The representative at the drop off location should have given me some indication on my contract that the vehicle was returned before the estimated return time. This is really frightful to be on contract for a stolen vehicle. You need better communication between your one-way rental locations. I have photographic proof the vehicle was where I returned it now and don't expect any more issues.
Mark H.The attendant was not helpful in assessing the condition of the first trailer nor hooking it up. I had to hook it up. When I got it home to load it, the door would not slide up all the way. I had to take it back to get a replacement. Again, the attendant did not check the equipment nor offer to assist with hook-up. I was left to handle the backing up and hook-up myself. He was a lazy person to deal with.
