No well organized, the unit was parked at an off site location, personnel didn't know any specifics about the unit and what tire pressure the wheels should be at, confused about payment process and no one to help with the connection process.Russ H.

The 5x8 trailer i rented was dirty on the outside (clean on the inside.) I took a picture of the filth when I rented the trailer. Now I'm being charged $16.05 for a trailer cleaning. This charge is ridiculous and should be canceled.DENNIS H.

I would recommend to the next customer if doing contact less pick up not to bother to purchase equipment apparently there is no way to get furniture pads and they did not leave them in the truck but I was charged for them.CORI P.
Really frustrated!! I used the app for after hours rental. I was supposed to get the code to unlock the truck's key but never did. Try to call customer service by phone and chat and I didn't get an answer until 1 hours and 10 minutes. At this time my rental time was running. The app is not reliable. They should communicate important information via text or email. I spent a whole hour on this location tryin to get my code.Ricardo M.

The online check-in was not working and there were no personnel to ask. U-haul was unable to track my location on my phone, stating my phone had it disabled. I had to quickly install the app to use this check-in and check-out feature. My location permissions on my browser were enabled- but for some reason U-haul website could not recognize my location without app installed.Anthony B.

Not labeled. Drop box didn't allow your key and tag to fit so we used the drop box next to it. Multiple businesses there. The miles you allowed me were from my house to the drop off location. So I rented a truck to move things and got ZERO MILES before you started charging mileage. That is ridiculous.Amy J.

Make the key drop off location a bit more apparent(maybe also have a note/sign saying â€œkey drop off for U-Haulâ€. I wasn't too sure if I was dropping the keys off in the right location.Gilberto A.
Just an FYI I had to pull the trailer out of the ditch that was covered in snow. It took me about 10 minutes to finally get it unstuck.Zachary C.
How about improving my experience that I had. Inconvenience to me as a customer. Due to I scheduled a pick-up in Buffalo 2 weeks prior to my pick-up date and was in formed a day before that the location pick-up place was changed. For the inconvenience I was told that I would receive and discount on my purchase and it didn't happen.ANNDEE G.
We have rented 4 times in the past year, and found every truck in good working order. The ppl,0 esp Adam, were friendly, professional, and accommodating. And the 4th time, when we needed an extra day, he took care of it. The best choice for truck rental!James M.
