My reservation was moved to this location. I was not offered the additional 50 miles for this moving of pick up location. They were extremely slow and when they handed me the keys they just pointed me in the general direction of the truck. I was very dissatisfied!DEBRA R.

Stood waiting to pick up trailer for over a half hour. Had to give information 4 times before the attendant finally got things entered. Wasn't all her fault as the person that originally took my call was at a different location. They really need to provide numbers for the local shops...dale S.
The cab was dirty. We took out garage and you could see where a beverage was spilled and not cleaned up. It was only at 3/4 of a tank when picked up so that is what we filled it to.Jeff N.

Employee was upset with me because I had to keep my trailer an extra day PLUS I had to rent a 2nd trailer also. I drove to Moorehead from Wahpeton ND to get n return trailer, plus I had a added 4 hour drive to SF and 4.5 hours back X 2 trips...to pick my stuff up alone, I packed everything myself n took longer than I expected , that's why I had to keep it an extra day . In the past 2 weeks I've had surgery, cared for my dying father, whom just passed away, & had to get my stuff out of the garage of the apartment I was renting, I just moved to Wahpeton 2 weeks ago. It's been a crazy couple of weeks , to say the least... I didn't appreciate the attitude I received on the phone, at Macs.... I give Uhaul TONS of business, & am great full for the services I have received..until now. I also received a complimentary month of storage rental in FARGO ðŸ˜³ they had nothing in Wahpeton or nearby ! I'm renting a unit currently in Sioux Falls SD, why not give me a free month there?? I'm not driving 45 minutes to Fargo for storage... would you?? Thank you for listening JulieJULIE D.
The taillight doesn't work for all aspects. The flashers, brake lights and blinkers work but the running lights did not work. Had to be followed home. Not sure what the problem was that they didn't glow when lights turned on.Marcia K.

Went and and got the trailer. Pulled home which was about 2 miles. Went to check tire pressure and one tire had cords showing and the other tire was bald as well. Was trying to get on the road. Had to call uhaul instead of bringing back to location. Matter was handled fairly quickly as a tire repair man was there within an hr. I would think locations do a little better rental check in when units come back. I'm sure this location isn't the only one that missed the tire issue. Was handled quickly so that was good. Just wasted an hr of my time dealing with it.Brady B.

Because I had difficulty with the mobile pick up, I thought it would be faster to talk with a person when I dropped the truck off. Nope! The UHaul rep never surfaced after being paged 3 times. Ended up using the mobile drop off function and again had difficulties because my browser couldn't read my location and I couldn't get it to turn on. Eventually used my daughter's phone and got it completed but it took twice as long as it should have.Ramona H.

We did the on-line ckeck out and payment which all went fine except the fee went up $12.00 and some so we went in and then they had to dismiss that start over drop the 60.00 ins. as we didn't need it but again the credit was only $47.00. All this took over an hour and we had to go.. Shea said he would check on this but havn't heard back. If not for this our rating would be above average and doubt this was there fault. The actual cost would change from the first screen and the final screen for no reason..Hugo M.
We had to wait for a long time to return our truck and we really wanted to talk to someone in charge. The truck tire that was low has a nail in it. We swept it out and we had read that we would get a $25 credit which we did not receive. The one person (Jordan) said he could then help us after awhile and said he would take care of letting everyone know what was going on with this truck. You had asked for photos if we disapproved of some parts of the truck and it never did download tried for HOURS.John G.

I reserved at a different location and they did not have the trailer. I prepaid online. They transferred to another location and the trailer cost more. They would not give me the trailer until I paid the difference. Next time I will use a different company.Richard R.
Too many things fell between the cracks as far as billing & paperwork. It took 2 months to get a copy of my final billing -thank you Store Manager Chad!!! When previous clerks said they would follow through, they didn't. Part of the mess was due to the covid-19 situation, but when all is said and done, clerks need to do what they promise. Pay attention to details. Too, I left the gas at the same level that I thought I picked it up at, but I was charged $30 plus gas. I will let it go without complaint because I'm just tired of the whole situation. I loved the truck. The seats were VERY comfortable for my 1000+-mile trip by myself. It was, I think, a relatively new truck. So even though it was a gas guzzler, I did feel safe and secure while driving. If I did not return it at the same gas level, I choose to not argue that point because I made it home safely & that is worth a lot to me....like an extra charge to be safe.linda S.
