I was scheduled to pick up my trailer at a different location. I arrived to find the store closed. I called UHAUL and was sent to another location.upon arrival, I received a call from the operator of that store as he was not present. He sends me the the Lebanon ST location where the sign says open. But no one was there. The proprietor was out to lunch.. he called me and told me he was 90 minutes away (for lunch?). He arranged for me to take a certain trailer and handle details over the phone, or wait for him to get back (at this point I have already lost 2 hours chasing down a trailer. I took the trailer he suggested. However, I wrenched my back getting it hook up as I had to lift the trailer onto the post myself. Very disappointing

JACQUELIN O.before business hours and nobody there to help .Instructions by phone only. The prior two drop-offs at Galax were poor.The first drop-off U-Haul neighborhood center at 8638 Carrolton Pike in Galax VA wouldn't take the trailer back and sent me down the road to Horizon equipment rentals to drop off. They would not take the unit back even though my contract said to drop it off at that location. The customer service said the lot was full and I would have to take it back to Mt Airy NC. .I did not receive an email or call to state otherwise. Twenty dollars of gas later and two hours driving around with an empty trailer was poor service and I will not recommend the two U-Haul centers in Galax or Horizon rentals. Very poor service from the two centers and the customer service person who directed me to Mt Airy NC
