The gentleman did not communicate with me. The location is hard to drive into. The owner tried to get me to take the truck to another location after I arrived.

This is a geeat location to pickup and drop trailers.
TIMOTHY R.No one at the store was able to do the rental or knew anything about the rental. Called someone and had me on speaker phone as the other person shared their screen. I was having to give identification information out loud where others in the store could hear. We had some difficulty booking the trailer up but the person at the store was not able to help.
Jeff H.I had to disconnect the trailer myself. The drop off guy didn't offer any help. Uhaul should consider installing a jack stand to help offset the weight. It's a little harder to lift the older you are.
