The uHaul itself was a bit dirty on the inside. I also did not end up using the dolly but was not refunded for it.
Sara Bwaited for about an hour to receive my uhaul as nobody was in the office. then the business had an outstanding balance of their own, and it wouldn't let me take it until their balance was paid in full. put me back about 2 hours on my move for the day. to pay full is a bit of a joke .
Justin DHaving some more staff available to answer a phone. Held for over 25 min just to hang up and try again to wait on hold again.
