This has nothing to do with either location. But my overall experience was not good. I was told by the original girl on the phone that I would have 120 miles. I ended up with only 89 and went over by 4. The mirror on the passenger side of the truck would not stay in place when adjusted and I had to have my family follow behind me to help me transfer lanes. It would fall and all I could see was the road. Noone gave me complete details about the cost of the truck from the beginning. I needed the truck because of a family emergency and I had a rough idea but it was not a good experience at all.MARJORIE L.

It took two weeks to get billed. I also did not get the furniture pads I called customer service at U-Haul 4 times to talk to someone. I told them I didnt get the furniture pads because I picked the truck up at 6am they told me they would remove them got the bill today still has the pads charged on there.Aaron H.
We asked for a furniture dolly and an equipment dolly. They only sat one outside to pick up. We were charged for both.Chris Y.
The truck doesn't drive nice. It's very noisy and not comfortable but it's functioning well though. I suggest you upgrade your equipment with more comfy ones such Mercedes. If I have a long trip, I will consider a different mover.Magdi S.
Your mobile pick up system is horrible. If it worked, it would be great, but I have now used it twice, at different locations and had problems both times and had to call the help line. this last time, we were on hold for 30 minutes before giving up. I had to wake up the on-site manager (he was closed on that Sunday) and he had to help me access the lock box as the mobile system would not complete the process. This was not my original location. When I arrived at my original location I was told my reservation had been cancelled and they didn't have the truck I needed. The lockbox code was incorrect and the guy that we called for help was rude and acted like I did not know what I was doing. Once he got there he said the reason he couldn't find the reservation was because I had done everything correctly but no apology was given. He also said the code provided to us was a digit off. Also, I had someone else driving the truck for me and the process for adding the picture of the person whose license is listed should be more clear and provide clearer instructions on how to proceed with the check in process when you have this type of situation. I did not leave the U-Haul pickup site until 10:30am because of these delays, which delayed my moving processJake N.

They(this location and/or uhaul) are attempting to charge me for extra fuel that I did not use. The rent/pickup/return via the Uhaul app was completely unusable. I had to call the local Uhaul number a total of 3 times in order to complete my pickup and return.Marcus C.
