Roy C.After dropping off the truck the evening before it was due back, we couldn't find a key drop-box. So we dropped the keys through the door. A week later we received notice that the truck was late being returned, they couldn't find it, and we would be charged more than double. I emailed about it, never heard back until they said they found it. Now, over two months later I get a random $20 charge on my bank account?

Tip: make sure your drivers license is up to date and your location service is on My reservation wasn't linked to my cell phone number at first but customer service fixed it immediately when I called! Definitely will use this service again in the future!
