The rental location did not sign in vehicle when I returned it 2 days in of a 4 day reserve. received multiple calls made multiple calls waited on hold...all to prove I had indeed returned rental. Out of hundreds of good Uhaul experiences this was the poorest. Please improve and dont bring the stress of replacing a vehicle on a renter..

Excellent, courteous, friendly service that could be recommended to any male and female customer! Why was this location of an available 15-foot truck not listed on U-Haul website? I was given the location from very helpful clerk at Camden Variety (U-Haul) whose vehicles were fully booked up.

wonderful service from the manager Linda Hogan .I recommend this place from here to Ottawa as she is very helpful and isn't confusing straight forward.
