Absolute worst experience I've ever had with U-Haul. I dropped my keys with the guy at BP and he told me he would check it in shortly after. I had the truck for a total of 4 hours and 5 days later he checked the truck in and charged me an extra $400. When I would call him to check it in a couple days after it was due he threatened me saying "call me one more time and I'll charge you $400 extra" Sure enough he did just did that. I'm still waiting to talk to a representative about this dispute as well. Overall, I would never recommend using this location.Austin G.

This rental location operates out of a gas station. The workers there didn't know how to operate the sign in for me very well but they figured it out and we're very friendly. They did not have the dollies we requested when we ordered online. The manager called me that 5 AM - god knows why. He didn't leave a message. After we dropped off the vehicle he called and texted me multiple times about some tarp that was in the truck when we rented it. The movers who helped me left it accidentally at the storage facility. He must have texted or called me 5 times while I was at work in a meeting. Then when I got out of the meeting I answered and he literally yelled at me; â€œI've been calling and texting you I don't know why you aren't answering me!â€ I said: â€œbecause I'm workingâ€. He asked about the tarp- which I had no idea about. I told him I'd call the movers but that they were probably ALSO WORKIng . He called and texted me twice within 20 minutes. The poor people who work for this asshole at the gas station had no idea what we were talking about with the tarp. Finally I learned about the tarp location and let him know. He was rude, the truck smelled and we didn't get either of the carts or dollies we paid for in the rental. There were 100 different ways he could have handled this situation. Why be rude? Why call e and wake me up at 6 AM? This guy should stick to selling gas and donuts. So not rent fro here.Kelly D.

I picked up my rental truck at 7:30 am - talked to attendant at gas station to do so and he said I needed to do everthing online. I left my personal vehicle at the site to pick up the rental truck. Planned to have a friend bring me back for my vehicle. When we came back, my personal vehicle was gone. I talked to (same) attendant and at first he acted like he didn't know what happened, like it was stolen or something; asked if I told someone I was going to leave my vehicle. I said, Yes, I told you! Then he admitted he had my personal vehicle towed off his lot!!! It was a business van with two phone numbers clearly printed on both sides. He made no attempt to call me and ask if it was my vehicle. He was extremely rude and wouldn't even talk to me, just repeated "I had it towed." Even the towing company said that wasn't proper. He towing company said the business owner called him at noon! It wasn't there even very long. I had to pay an additional $218,5 to get my vehicle.Janice B.
I attempted to speak with the manager of BP Uhaul located on Hassert and 59th about the erroneous charges on my card. I was angry and spoke angrily about it, however, he refused to speak with me about why I did not believe those charges were accurate and dismissed me several times including hanging up on me and sending me to voicemail several times. Yesterday I ran into SEVERAL issues at this location. The issues included struggling to open the key box to access the truck for about 20-30 minutes, none of the equipment we ordered at this location being inside the truck, having to go to another location in order to get that equipment, and a quarter full gas tank. Because of the setbacks mentioned, we were late to all of our appointments and our move-in. The manager at this location is disrespectful and rude and does not provide everything you pay for. So I would suggest that you do not do business here unless you don't mind paying for equipment you most likely will not get and experiencing a rude manager who will charge you for equipment you never even received from him.Lily N.
