I rented for two days, but only needed the trailer for one day and returned it a day early. The time out on my receipt was 9:18AM Tuesday. I arrived at the dealer at 9:10 AM Wednesday morning. However, there was only one person working and i stood in line for a half hour before he showed me where to park the trailer. I then got my bill, and he had clocked me in at 9:47 and charged me for two full days. I don't feel this is fair, at all, and am upset with the checkin process. I reserved a truck and when I got there they didn’t have any. I waited an hour and a half by them the guys that were going to help left because I couldn’t tell them when I would be back. That left my wife and I and my son The truck was bad the steering was bad and it had no power

change engine oil was on, so could not read mileage. Truck idled rough. I reserved for Lowell Ma, got changed to Nashua Nh, so I had to put 20 miles on that I should not have to. I will ask credit card to take off charge if this is not corrected.

The counter service at the Nashua Pheasant Lane Mall location was extremely slow the 2 times I went in. But more concerning was the reservation experience. I called in a reservation a week or so in advance. I specifically said I wanted a 26' truck to be picked up and returned at that location in Nashua. All was well. The day before I was to pick it up I got an email confirming my pickup in Framingham, MA, over an hour away. When I called and complained I was told that was the closest 26' truck. Instead, they found me a 20' foot truck in Nashua (so much for a guarantee that I was getting what I asked for, at the location I asked for!). So, fine, I took the 20' truck. I arrived at the allotted time, chatted with the clerk while he confirmed everything, including the fact that I was bring the truck back there. I even let him know I was leaving my car in their customer parking. When I returned the truck I was informed I had a one-way reservation and I was supposed to return the truck in the next town over. What!?! And sure enough, a closer read of my receipt showed the return in Merrimack. Which was NOT what was supposed to happen. To his credit, the clerk spent 15 minutes on the phone (while people were waiting in line) and got my return site changed back to Nashua. Overall, I give the reservation system/people a very failing grade.

We had a pickup truck(small) from U-Haul and drove about 60 miles . We rented the vehicle for about 3 hours , drop off time was 8.20pm , we had to pay $30 worth gas ( more than 10gallon) due to filling up 3/4 tank. At the returning time at the office was locked but we got chance to talk with friendly clerk and he was unable to help us. So we don’t know what was wrong with fuel indicator with vehicle and we had to pay too much money for fuel. Thank you

The representative said that my bill was complete, but the next day I got another charge. You should explain what the other charge is or not say that the bill is complete. Also, your software is lengthy & doing anything takes a long time to process. You have to stand & wait for the rep to process software that is slow!

I had to have Ford redo my electrical wires that were installed because my reverse light wire was cut and also I had no brake lights and was told that my 1 burned out bulb powered all 5 of my brake lights which it does not. The mechanic there is incompetent and needs to be retrained. I have requested a refund for the rewiring done by Ford. I was told that I was the 4th person that had to have their wiring redone from U-Haul messing it up. I have yet to hear from anyone and it's been 2 weeks since I had this done.

I was required to fill up gas tank on truck upon return because gas gauge was FAULTY and appeared to indicate slightly below "FULL" when I took truck out. The employee confirmed that I had driven ONLY 7 MILES. When I informed employee that guage was faulty he did not care. So I returned to gas station and "topped off" tank, having to place almost 4 gallons of gas in truck for driving 7 miles. I GOT CHEATED BY U-HAUL FOR UNKNOWINGLY RENTING A TRUCK WITH A FAULTY GUAGE. If I wasn't such an honest person I wouldn't be so upset by being taken advantage of.
