When I dropped off the trailer, no one was there to help me. The office hours on the door said someone should have been there, but it was empty. This made me nervous, because I was dropping off a trailer with no way to secure it and no paper work to say it was turned in. I had to leave it a pray no one took it, because I had to get back on the road.

I would highly recommend this Natchez location. The dealer stopped what he was working on to immediately assist me with my check-in. He took care of everything and the process was very quick.

26' truck was easier to drive and maneuver then I thought it was going to be.

The only I would suggest is having a bigger drop off box. The box was full and I wasn't able to get my key in with out pushing it down. Other than that everything was great.
