The location was very unsecure the truck keys were not locked there was no one that works for U-Haul there to assist finding the keys. A guy working in the parking lot for the paintball place that also uses the parking lot lead me to where I could find the key. The mileage on the truck that I had to use to check in to take the truck was incorrect. I did email someone from U-Haul but I need this matter corrected I was charged over 60 $too muchLisa P.

I had to pick up the truck at a lot with no office & a young man on the phone with little info as to procedure.Steve H.

Owner available only by phone and through grounds manager. No place to rent pads, dollies or buy boxes. 15 miles from my preferred pick up location. Truck was clean and in good condition only because it was brand new. Used blanket left in truck as padding; couple scraps of wood in truck as well. Truck should've had 5/16 tank of gas, had barely 1/8 of a tank. Mileage should be audited.Matthew H.
This location was difficult to find. A resident in the neighborhood directed me to the location and told me "U-Haul should pay me as I often direct people where to go when I notice the trucks wandering in the neighborhood." The return directions were not useful and I spent over an hour (mostly on hold) on the phone talking with 3 different U-Haul employees - and got 3 different sets of directions. The experience was frustrating, time-consuming, and unpleasant.Diana W.
I had to drive 30 miles to get the car dolly from a facility in New Kensington. I understand that U-haul does not have an unlimited supply of car dollys.Charles P.
Better signage and/or instructions for pickup. We were trying to find an office to check in, but I guess there wasn't one? I had to call the rental twice before I got an answer and got instructions to get the key from a box on the property.Andie B.
choose a location that actually has building with employees not and empty lot with a person waving us down. a location that is properly marked. advise me that my location that changed did not provide dollies which was to be in included in the truck rental but this location did not provide. had to go to another location and was held up 45 minutes to rent one dolly and staff was rude and in no hurry to wait on customers.patricia S.

They lost the truck and harassed me about it THEN proceeded to double charge my bank account. Ended up being charged over $80 for a 1 hour, 4 mile rental. Worst experience ever,will not be using or recommending this company again.Benjiman G.
Cab passenger window was open a crack so some rainwater was in that side of the truck. Not sure how often the owner goes by with how rough everything looked. Asked for furniture pads - did not get furniture pads by the time I picked the truck up. Did not have to see anyone face-to-face which I guess is somewhat of a positive.Ryan B.
I had a very tough time trying to get a truck. I made sure my reservation was in nearly a month before my move. The day before, I get a call saying the truck I had reserved was in an accident and would not be available. Fine - I understand things happen. However, I then had to drive to a location that was 40 mins away from my home to get the size truck that I needed. And this location is simply a parking lot in New Ken. It's not staffed. The mobile app that you can use to sign trucks out is a nightmare to use. Avoid it if you can. There were just...so many stressful things surrounding getting this truck that I didn't want to have to deal with.Katie K.

Price was renegotiated to return truck at same location and get discounted rate. Uhaul charged me the original rate anyway. Took two weeks and six phone calls to receive reimbursement. Giant waiting game.Carl J.
