I called before I showed up to confirm that my 5' x 8' trailer was available to pick up and they said it was. When I arrived, they said I did not have a reservation and that they did not have a trailer available for me. Eventually, they found a trailer and everything worked out, but it was strange that they confirmed it was ready when I called and told me it was not when I arrived.CRAIG M.

Overall not a great experience even though Mia from Uhaul came through finally and found a trailer Had to go to thrrr locations spend 3 hours driving. Finally this location who was helpful on giving the Trinet but a really dingy placeSANJEEV L.

Uhaul has issues with the app that allows you to pick up the truck before bussiness hrs. The business and the national customer service representative were not on the same page. The rep said the business did not process my request to pick up the truck at 730am and the business staff said they don't do that because of computer glitches. It resulted in a 1.5 hr delay and had happened before. U-hauls system stinks. My resting is based on the location, but make no mistake usual is poorly operated nationally.MORIEL M.

This is a BAD REVIEW for Corporate U-Haul & NOT the rental location (Great service!). Corporate U-Haul is HORRIBLE at scheduling equipment, honoring what they promised ($50 failed reservations) & Doing What's Right for customer service! They need to look at their reservation/scheduling processes and their rules!! I was 1st scheduled for a 6x8 trailer that actually wasn't scheduled to be at the location (rental location's fault), then Regional U-Haul (RUH) rescheduled me for a trailer (moved up time 1.5 hrs which jammed up my moving plan) that wasn't rentable at another location (no trailer available now so gave $50 chk). I attempted to keep plan on track so I asked for smaller trailer (found one 31 miles away out-of-state (O-o-S) & promised another $50 Reserv check for missing 2nd reserv. After leaving location saw a trailer being returned there so I called location & was told I could rent it. I called the RUH & confirmed it was OK w/chg, 2nd $50 still coming & then cancelled (O-o-S) reservation (at request of renting location, not me). After rental completed, didn't see e-mail for $50 chk so I called the RUH. Was told no $50 b/c I recv'd one on first missed reservation. They failed with 2 guaranteed reservations, screwed up my moving sched by 2+ hours, had to go smaller on trailer size, had me driving 31 miles for 3rd & then I actually fixed the issue seeing the returning trailer. U-Haul's system really does not know the rentable status, location and/or type trailers they have available (renter facilities complain all the time). After hearing my situation, the manager still didn't get the story correct b/c of how they input the reservation system...not correct per requests & per their processes! I've used U-Haul 5-6 times in the last 2-3 months & the majority of the transactions did NOT represent my actual rental situation...one reason why denied for $50. One example...my last reservation had me renting for 8 hrs & not 2 days as requested. Especially as a repeat U-Haul customer w/2 more rentals scheduled in next 2 weeks, you would think they would â€œDo the right thingâ€! At this point, the $50 is mute, but you would think U-Haul would try to get the correct/full story and try to learn from the situation and fix the issues at hand! The manager who I spoke to really didn't care too much about any of that, just kept stating that it went against policy even though I told her she did not have the correct facts & to do the right thing as a manager...pretty sad!nicholas B.
