They sent me to 3 different locations for my rental when it was stated it would be closer to my move area instead I had to drive 13 miles to get there and 11 miles back when my move was literally 2 miles apart.

Location hard to find. Self check in was a hassle and the customer service that contacted our reference person was incredibly rude. We will never use a self check in location again.

Porsche GI specifically chose this location so that I could have in-person help. When I got there, I waited 30 minutes, and no one ever showed up. fortunately, the help I got on the phone was excellent, so I was able to get my rental. Same thing on the return. There was no one at the facility when I came back, so I had to get help over the phone to return my rental. Again, the phone support was excellent, so I was able to complete my rental.
Howard JThe store on Jimmy Carter Blvd was where I went first. They didn't have a trailer and told me that the closest place to get one was fifteen miles or more trip. I called your eight hundred number and this was around the corner ¼ of a mile. That was tackie on their part. Where I got the trailer was top notch , very professional..
