The truck did smell of cigarettes and was a little dirty. I'm not sure if it was a system glitch but when I booked I originally reserved for a 15ft truck but when I arrived they had me listed for a 10ft. The customer after me said she reserved a 10ft but they had her booked for a 15ft. This caused my card being charged/hold on funds. The issue was resolved but it was an inconvenience.

I gave the location high marks because it is usually a great place. On this one occasion, the gas tank on my rental was empty! The needle on the gauge was BELOW E. I filled the tank ($$cha-ching!!) and hope that UHaul will reimburse me. Also, the UHaul app is always problematic. Slow, crashes, skips essentials like the code to the key lock this time.
JUNE HThe U-Haul vehicle itself is in very poor condition. Ball joints need replaced, shifts in to gear very forcefully, the brakes squeal loudly, transmission makes clanking noise, significant exterior damage
