The car dollys need to be thoroughly checked before rented out each time. This is the second time one of the straps on the tires has been faulty and came loose. My parents were constantly having to stop and tighten it. This was a long distance trip, and this just stressed them unnecessarily. This is not something elderly people should have to worry about while traveling. I have already made a complaint with U-Haul. Please do better.

After calling them many times lol thank you so much for letting me get my key's that dropped in truck. She also said there was a scratch on truck but i picked it up in the city and went to another city so I know I didn't do it.
