The locationwas very friendly but we had to wait for 45 minutes because the UHAUL web site they use was very slow and not responding. While visiting with the employee at Severs they stated that this was not an unusual occurance it happens quite reguarly. I would deffinitly recomend Severs again, but as far as UHAUL i will not
