The truck ran fine but was FILTHY inside (can not back) especially during this time of cleanliness importance. The customer service was awful, rude and as if I was a problem. Upon drop off, no one was around (during business hours) and when I finally found someone and asked a question, I was ignored.Lisa G.

customer service representative at UHaul was not very clear; not the location where I picked up the truck, they were very nice. Sometimes people are not used to checking their email. They need to emphasize it a bit more. I am in the military and I am used to following instructions, but this whole transaction was rather confusing.Frederick R.
I would recommend primarily due to location. Last week we were greatly disappointed and upset because we were unable to pick up reserved truck at location close by. A few other things: I found check in and check out process to be likely unnecessarily onerous. We needed to complete so much of the process at the pick up location, which didn't have great access, causing the need to re-input large amounts of information repeatedly, including photos. An alternative process would have helped- perhaps the ability to input info from an alternative site, or in advance, or having a dedicated customer service access process? Another issue is that I had reserved a furniture dolly, which we didn't find in the truck when we were moving furniture. We called, but there were only a pushcart type dolly available :-(Dominick T.
Had to wait about an hour to drop off truck because worker was running gas station an car garage and doing inspection stickers. Could mot use online drop off because website said could not find my location. The receipt Uhaul sent me was blurry and can't read both times sent to me. Thank youRyan M.
Unfortunately when we picked up our truck it was covered in snow and ice, they did not have anything to remove it. We had to find a way to remove it before driving away.Lisa H.
The location was convenient, on 122. Only drawback was the weather. It snowed the night before, and the truck windshield had to be cleared off prior to pickup. Also, there was no appliance dolly.James P.

Was there sunday, one kid working covering convenience store, full serve has station and uhaul. I left after an hour cuz the poor kid was buried in work. Went back wednesday, no one at uhaul counter, After 10 minutes of waiting gas attendant told to see girl inside conv. Store. She got me outta there. No-one was around, pick up location was changed two days prior to pick up. The number UHaul gave us to call and confirm, and the number to call with pick up issues is the Hellen's garage owner's cell phone and he is extremely rude!! U haul was clean and the pick up and drop off was easy. However when we asked if we could leave our car there for the day, the owner wanted to charge us $10, for parking in a huge empty space on a Sunday. So I'd rent a uhaul again but not from this locationdavid B.

I received a call from a man at this location threatening me and telling me he was calling Uhaul to report me for trash that was left in his parking lot which was not me. When I called him to ask what he was talking about he screamed at me on the phone, blamed me for the spray paint as well as telling me that. Completely unprofessional and do not recommend ever!!!! While I was picking up my trailer, another woman was there to pick up her truck. She was told that her truck wasn't available because the equipment wasn't returned by the prior customer. The manager made no effort to locate her another truck, which left her without the committed truck that she had reserved. He basically said "sorry, it's not my fault." I found this completely unacceptable and would therefore not rent from this location again in fear that the equipment I reserved may not be available when I arrive to pick it up.David G.
The location was fine. Service was very good and accommodating. The process of the online check in really needs to be more streamlined. In fact, most of the process should be part of the reservation process, ie the scanning of the drivers license. The check in process took so long that it cut into my reservation time by 30 minutes. Most of the waiting was due to the verification process of my license so that I could get the combination for the lock box to get the keys to the rental.CHRISTINA V.
